Forces Fitness is a Deployable Infrastructure Innovation Platform. We develop Innovation Programs, license them through approved manufacturing, and commercialise them through Regional Platform Operators — under one global standard.
Defence, Government, Emergency Services and Industry deploy people into environments where infrastructure must arrive with the mission, perform under load, and be accountable for years. Today, that infrastructure is fragmented — sourced from disconnected suppliers, built as one-off solutions, and left to be re-solved on every project.
Forces Fitness was founded to change that. We identify operational challenges and develop Innovation Programs — engineered, standardised, and commercialised — so the same platform can be deployed globally with confidence.
We do not manufacture in isolation. We do not resell. We develop and own the Innovation Programs, and we build a global network to deliver them.

Each portfolio is a category of deployable infrastructure. Human Performance is active. Additional portfolios are structured and staged into future Platform Releases.

We do not aim to own every product. We choose where intellectual property, standards and partnerships create the greatest long-term platform value.
Forces Fitness owns the complete Product Definition and licenses the Innovation Program globally through approved manufacturing and regional operators.
Forces Fitness owns the platform standards while Approved Manufacturers build compliant local variants under those standards.
Best-in-class specialist products integrated into the platform where owning the IP would not create significant strategic value.
Class A protects strategic IP. Class B protects platform standards. Class C protects the customer — by integrating best-in-class specialist capability where owning the product would not create meaningful value.
